Answers to the questions we receive most often about devices, trials and licenses.
Open ZEMIO IPTV on your TV. The MAC Address printed on the home screen is your Device ID. Enter it exactly as shown, including the colons.
The Device Key is the six-digit code shown next to the MAC Address on the ZEMIO home screen. It confirms that the device belongs to you.
Check for typed characters that look alike (0 and O, 1 and I) and make sure the app has been opened at least once on the TV so the device has registered itself.
That is expected once the trial period ends. Choose a plan on your device page to continue using ZEMIO on that TV.
Close ZEMIO on the TV and open it again so it re-checks activation. If the status does not change, email support with your MAC Address.
Exit ZEMIO fully on the TV, then launch it again. Activation is checked on every start.
